We guarantee our workmanship, full stop. No time limit, no mileage limit, no excuses.
Generally the new parts that we supply and fit are guaranteed for 12 or 24 months, depending on supplier. VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda genuine parts are typically guaranteed for 24 months. Most other main dealer and factor parts are guaranteed for 12 months. Your service advisor can clarify warranty queries for you.
Milltek and Blueflame performance exhausts come with a lifetime guarantee.
Revo Performance software comes with a 30 day money back guarantee.
We guarantee that should you have the misfortune to encounter a costly fault with your car, we will try to advise you of the most cost effective solution. For example, we have saved customers hundreds, sometimes thousands by:
- Repairing rather than replacing damaged wiring looms
- Sourcing original equipment such as turbo charges direct from the manufacturer, saving on average £100
- Sourcing parts from reputable and high quality manufacturers. For example, air conditioning compressors, saving in most cases, around 50%
- In some cases, offering a solid flywheel clutch conversion kit rather than replacing expensive dual mass flywheels
- Sending control units for specialist repair
- Sending steering racks for specialist refurbishment

Trust My Garage – is a relatively new code guaranteed by the Retail Motor Industry Federation. We’ve been a member since inception this year in July. Membership number 305859. TMG have yet to issue certificates but you can confirm our membership by calling the RMI on 0800 076 4864.
